Step into the magic of Christmasville in Emeryville, where your family can enjoy a special 15-minute session with Santa Claus himself. This enchanting experience offers an intimate moment with Santa, where he’ll listen to your holiday wishes, share a few laughs, and ensure he knows exactly what you want for Christmas. Capture the joy with a professional photographer as your family creates cherished memories in a beautifully decorated, festive setting. It’s the perfect way to add a touch of Christmas magic to your holiday season.

30-Minute Santa Experience with Custom Activity

For families looking to spend a little more time with Santa, our 30-minute session offers an extended, personalized experience in Christmasville. Beyond meeting Santa and taking photos, your family can choose an engaging holiday activity to enjoy together. Whether it’s helping Santa build toys in his workshop, writing and decorating a heartfelt letter to Santa or a loved one, or another festive craft, this session provides the extra time to fully immerse yourself in the wonder of the season. It's a magical way to create lasting holiday memories with Santa.

 

You get one free photo with your experience that will be chosen thru an online gallery after your session is over. You may also choose to add on additional images, photo albums, canvas prints and holiday cards.

Choosing Images

​

This is a virtual experience. Follow this link to find your photos on our photographers website after your session.

You will receive confirmation emails when your gallery of images is ready so make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see anything a couple days after your session. Add christmasvilleinemeryville@gmail.com and leahmariestudio@gmail.com to your VIP list.

 

Once you choose your favorites you have the option of buying more images or the full gallery. One free image comes with your session. All photos are offered as digital downloads with high-resolution jpegs to keep for years to come. You will have all printing rights. Once the images have been purchased, edited, and shared with you via the online gallery, the images are then yours to download, keep, share, print and enjoy!

 

IMPORTANT: You will have 1 month to choose your photo and make any other additional purchases in your gallery before it expires. Once your gallery expires you will NOT be able to access it. There is a $75 fee to make your gallery active again and can only be done by sending a request via email. 

 

All additional products will be processed immediately and sent to you directly in the mail. We offer custom Christmas Cards, Framed Canvas Prints for your wall and Photo Albums along with digital images. Shipping times vary and may be longer than expected due to the holiday season.​

Newborns, Children, Adults, Pets

​

It is completely up to the comfort level of the family whether you would prefer Santa to hold/carry your child. We ask that parents/guardians of newborns (or babies who are unable to sit) please be prepared to join in the photographs by holding/carrying your child *if* it is not your preference for Santa to hold your child. 

 

Don't have any children? Not a problem. Many adults and couples love to stop by and get photos with Santa. We love how creative some of you get! It's super fun!

 

Have fur babies? Great! Let us know ahead of time so we can prepare a pet friendly environment for you.

Accessibility and Special Needs

Parking

​

We are located at 1311 61st street in Emeryville. Once you arrive find a place to park on the street near the Doyle Hollis Park. This is a very safe neighborhood but always make sure to take everything with you and lock your car.

What should I wear?

​

We encourage you to dress up and get creative. Some of our favorite photos is of the whole family in matching pajamas! We do not allow outfit changes due to the limited time you have on set.

​

 

General Sickness

​

If your child or someone in your household is experiencing any of the following symptoms within 24 hours of your visit, we ask that you keep your child at home so as to not expose Santas, our staff, and/or other children. Symptoms include but are not limited to: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, lice, eye infection, and/or concussion.

Rescheduling

​

In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment due to general sickness or any other reason please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Cancellation Policy

​

If you are unable to make your appointment we require at least a 72 hour notice. We will first try to reschedule you for a later date and if that is not an option then we can put your payment towards a future family portrait session in the spring or fall. We do not offer refunds at this time. 

 

If you do not provide notice within the time requested above then you forfeit any rescheduling efforts and will pay in full.
